As a team member of Platform Engineering, you will be directly responsible for building and maintaining a vital section of a growing platform. In this role, you will be working heavily in data ingestion, data storage, and data presentation. You will work directly with other PE team members to provide our SOC with a reliable and informative platform. This role will be responsible for vital components in our Milton Argos Platform (MAP).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deploy and configure MAP systems
  • Build, deploy and balance ingestion and processing systems
  • Build, deploy and maintain gathering systems
  • Upgrade MAP Systems
  • Write and maintain filters, configurations, and processes
  • Improve data enrichment processes
  • Work directly with Infrastructure team to maintain systems’ health and sizing

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Regex, Grep experience
  • Basic experience working with Hyper-V or similar hosts
  • 1+ year working in a Linux OS
  • 1+ year of Python scripting experience
  • 1+ year of Bash scripting experience
